Refund & Return Policy

Last updated 2026-08-14.

Sixty days from your purchase date — not your delivery date. Email customer service inside the window, keep a timestamped copy, and confirm in writing whether product must be returned before you post anything back.

The steps, in order

  1. Confirm you are inside the window. The 60 days count from the purchase date on your order confirmation email. Delivery delays do not extend it. Diarise day 50 so the decision never creeps past the deadline.
  2. Email before you ship anything. Write to support@theklaronail.com with your order number and the name on the order. Keep a copy; the timestamp is your evidence that you acted in time.
  3. Ask explicitly whether a return is required. Marketing copy in this category frequently says “no questions asked”. Return policies for orders processed through direct-response platforms commonly require product to be sent back. Get the answer for your order in writing rather than relying on a badge.
  4. If a return is required, use a tracked service. Return postage is normally the buyer's responsibility and is not reimbursed. On a six-bottle return that is a real cost worth pricing in before you choose the larger package.
  5. Allow processing time. Refunds are typically processed within five to ten business days of the seller receiving your request or your returned parcel. Keep your tracking number.

The timing problem specific to nail products

This deserves its own heading because it is structural rather than accidental. Your refund window is 60 days. In 60 days a toenail grows roughly three millimetres and a fingernail about seven. Neither is enough to judge whether new nail growing in behind an affected area looks different.

The practical consequence: you cannot assess nail-plate results inside the guarantee. What you can assess is everything else — whether the formula irritates your skin, whether you like the smell and feel, whether the cuticles and surrounding skin have improved, and whether you will realistically keep applying it daily. Judge on those, inside the window.

What the guarantee badge does and does not mean

Guarantee artwork on sales pages uses friendly language such as “100% satisfaction” or “no questions asked.” That is marketing shorthand signalling an intent to keep refunds low-friction. It is not the policy text and it does not describe the concrete steps above. Both can be true at once — the badge is simply incomplete, and reading only the badge is how buyers get caught out near the deadline.

Where this policy comes from

The steps above are our plain-English summary of the return terms published by the product's seller, reviewed on 2026-08-14. This site does not process orders, payments or refunds. In any conflict, the seller's own published policy at the time of your purchase governs. Confirm current terms at checkout before ordering.
