What we collect

Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, timestamp) and aggregate analytics used to understand which pages are useful. If you email us, we hold that message and your email address for as long as needed to answer you.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store payment card details, bank information, medical records, photographs of your nails or feet, diagnoses or any information about health conditions. There is no account system, no symptom questionnaire and no checkout on this site. Please do not send us photographs or health information by email — we cannot act on them and would rather not hold them.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

This site may set cookies for basic analytics. Outbound links to the order page are affiliate links, which means a tracking parameter or cookie may be set by the merchant network to attribute a purchase. That process is operated by the merchant, not by us, and is described in their privacy policy. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the informational content of this site works without them.

Third parties

Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser. Analytics providers may process aggregated usage data. When you click an order link you are transferred to the seller's site and its payment processor, each of which operates its own privacy policy. Review theirs before entering payment details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale — we do not sell personal information. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the product discussed here is not intended for children.
